All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.

Love the store, Hate the App. Food is great, staff is friendly, but it is next to impossible to check out using the app. It is plagued by "unable to process order" and "payment declined" errors. (and yes, I am certain there are funds available). There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it will take my order or not.

I've been living within proximity of a Sheetz for 15 months now, and this app has never worked for me; not one single time. Every time I try to use it I get a different error message. I definitely visit sheetz less frequently than I would if the app worked, because every time I have to order in the store and then stand there waiting for my order. I'm using a modern phone with the latest version of Android. (Would give zero stars if I could.)
