Not very good for directions at all. This is a major flaw. Was there yesterday with my kids. Tried using the map function. It gave me the wrong location for where I was myself, and moving to a different location the map still showed me at the original location. Permissions on my phone were set correctly for the app, and location was set to on. Frustratingly the map doesn't label other rides, only the one you want to go to, adding further difficulty. All other map apps were working correctly.

App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

Terrible experience! I paid for express passes for the attractions, but they never showed up — neither in the app nor in the email linked to my account. There’s no transaction history, no confirmation, nothing. On top of that, the app doesn’t even have a proper support button or any way to contact customer service. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly do not recommend using this app!
