TP-Link Tapo

bought a tapo camera over a year ago. the smart function that they claim they have does not work. i have managed the camera so it is supposed to turn off when i leave the house and turn off when i come home but none of it works. I have been trying to get in contact with the support but they don't answer. i also allowed them to contact me on my private email. still nothing. been trying to resolve it myself by reading the tapo FAQ but the suggestions either do not work or there simply no answer

Vet inte om det bara är min kamera som är bäng. Den kan följa en rörelse, typ en fjäril eller regndroppar och stannar sen och stirrar in i väggen eller upp i luften. Där händer såklart inget så all rörelse på gården går kameran helt förbi. Händer hela tiden så när man ska kolla en händelse som man vet borde spelats in så har man en kamera som har riktat in sig på en vägg. Har man den på patrullläge så kommer den ur sina inställda lägen och stirrar till slut in i väggen igen där med.

➡️➡️➡️I have requested this before but you seem to don't care. Am I the only one that thinks it's very annoying, to have to remove this and that when changing WiFi. Can you explain how you as developer don't seem to think it's madness to make it so difficult! Why can you not just make it simple! To just tap on the internet section and just click on another WiFi and then be done! PLEASE do consider this 🙏
