App continually crashed while trying to pick up and drop off my rental. We ended up having to call customer service, which took forever. It took an hour to pick up and another hour to drop off when it should have only taken a 10 minutes. This was a horrible experience, and the app is absolutely worthless. I will explore options other than U-Haul next time. Try harder, U-Haul. Your app needs an over-Haul!

Too many hidden fees. I rented a truck for $29.95 that cost me over $60 before mileage. Not to mention how terrible the app functions. I know that you can return a vehicle to a different location than you picked it up from, but the app simply would not let me, despite listing the option. Clunky, confusing and constantly crashing. It really is not that hard to make an app that runs decently on Android OS. Especially for a multi billion dollar company.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My pickup was rescheduled multiple times when I showed up to pickup, and I had to contact customer service three times, plus chat several times more, which barely worked due to constant freezing and bug in the app. After drop-off, I was wrongly charged for fuel and had to contact support again. The app is buggy, the process was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul even to my worst enemy. 0 stars.
